PRODUCT DECISION PATH

Start with the T50 application, then define the configuration.

This page keeps the product decision focused on a verified model record, its intended application and the project details needed for a useful recommendation.

01

Green-laser measurement support

The current T50 brochure specifies a 100 m Class 3R green laser, with 200 m stated in optimal conditions. For measurement within 5 m, it specifies 3D position error of no more than 2.5 cm.

02

IMU tilt measurement

The calibration-free IMU supports 0-150° tilt measurement, a 400 Hz refresh rate, 0.05° pitch and roll accuracy, and 0.15° heading accuracy.

03

Integrated field communications

The documented connectivity set includes 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and an integrated 410–470 MHz UHF radio. Confirm regional radio configuration before ordering.

04

AR stakeout workflow

AR stakeout is listed in the current product record to help an operator relate a design point to the field environment.

FIELD WORKFLOW

A practical T50 workflow.

The steps below explain the operating decision path. Project procedures, safety requirements and final acceptance criteria remain the responsibility of the project team.

  1. 01

    Prepare control and correction

Set the project coordinate system and correction path before collecting or staking points.

  2. 02

    Measure or capture the point

Use the documented GNSS, IMU and laser functions appropriate to the site condition and point accessibility.

  3. 03

    Review and deliver

Check the field result in the selected survey software and retain the job record with the required project documentation.

Before ordering

Confirm detailed values, scope of supply, required options and regional availability with TOKNAV for your project.

CONFIGURE FOR THE PROJECT

Match T50 to the actual field workflow.

A model name is only the starting point. A useful configuration considers the work method, output, integration, country of use and available supporting equipment.

Confirm the application

Define the project task and operating environment before selecting accessories or options.

Confirm the field system

Review compatibility with any receiver, controller, software, vessel, machine or workflow already in use.

Request a configuration

Send the destination country and project requirement for a focused product recommendation.

Before you choose a configuration.

These answers help start the right technical discussion without overstating information that needs project-level confirmation.

Start a T50 enquiry
When is the T50 green laser useful?

The laser function is intended for points that are difficult to reach directly with a pole. Assess line of sight, surface condition and the documented measurement range before using it for the field task.

Can T50 be supplied for a UHF radio workflow?

The latest brochure lists an integrated 410–470 MHz UHF radio. Share the destination country and local radio requirement so the final configuration can be checked before supply.

What should a T50 enquiry include?

Provide the country, correction source, survey or layout task, requested software and whether laser or AR stakeout is required.

PROJECT ENQUIRY

Need a T50 configuration for a live project?

Share the location, application, expected workflow and existing system. TOKNAV can help move from the product record to a project-ready configuration discussion.
