TOKNAV TLS150 Terrestrial Laser Scanner combines high-precision laser ranging with integrated HDR panoramic imaging for dense, colourized 3D point-cloud capture. The current official technical document supports field workflows from data capture through registration, measurement and deliverable preparation.
Current TLS150 technical specification
The TLS150 has a maximum range of 150 m. Its published precision (1σ) is 1.5 mm at 50 m and 2.5 mm at 100 m; the same document lists accuracy (1σ) of 2 mm at 50 m and 3 mm at 100 m. It supports a maximum 1.2 MHz pulse repetition rate, 1.2 M pts/s and a scan speed of 100 lines/s.
HDR imaging and on-site processing
Two internal 4000 × 3000 cameras create an approximately 100 MP HDR panoramic image with 3× or 5× exposure bracketing. The integrated field software supports scanning control, real-time point-cloud registration, automatic multi-station adjustment, visual measurement and point-cloud colourization. Dual-axis tilt compensation (±5°), a MEMS IMU and multi-GNSS support are specified for field use.
Portable field deployment
The device weighs approximately 3.3 kg with battery and measures 216 × 168 × 105 mm. It is rated IP54, supports upright or inverted mounting, and has a stated operating temperature of −20°C to +50°C. The document lists a 1 TB internal SSD, external USB drive support, two rechargeable internal Li-ion batteries and hot-swapping support.
Applications
The official document identifies BIM modelling, pipeline survey, earthwork calculation, cultural-heritage preservation, landslide-site investigation and building or foundation deformation monitoring as application scenarios. Final configuration, required accessories, software and destination-market suitability should be confirmed with TOKNAV before ordering.
