2. Configuration Template for a Clearer Equipment Request
Copy these fields into an inquiry, internal procurement brief or distributor handover. Leaving an item as “to be confirmed” is better than assuming it is included in a product package.

Network RTK or CORS/VRS may fit when
- A compatible correction service or reference-network plan is available for the intended area.
- Teams need a multi-user or multi-site correction workflow.
- Communications, reference-station operation and service responsibilities are defined.
- The project can validate coverage, coordinate reference and operational continuity.
A local base-rover workflow may fit when
- Network correction is unavailable, unreliable or not the chosen method for the job.
- The team controls a suitable base position, antenna location, power and communications plan.
- The working area, radio/data-link conditions and setup responsibility are understood.

4. Measurement and Survey Project Preparation Checklist
